Falcon Brae is now a “covid compliant” facility with all hospitality staff vaccinated and we have a covid protocol in place for both service and cleaning. For this reason, and to keep our staff and our local community safe we do require all guests at Falcon Brae to provide a current vaccine pass. This will be a requirement of visiting Falcon Brae so please advise if this is an issue for any of your guests. We will have a scanner on site.

Exclusive use: 1 - 10 guests - $6,500.00 per night (min 2 nights)
High Season (1 November 2022 to 19 December 2022)
Exclusive use: 1 - 4 guests - $10,000.00 per night (min 3 night stay)
5-10 guests - $14,000.00 per night (min 3 night stay)
Festive Season (20 December 2022 to 5 January 2023)
Exclusive use: 1 - 10 guests - $16,000.00 per night (min 3 night stay)
High Season (6 January 2023 to 31st May 2023)
Exclusive use: 1-10 guests - $14,000.00 per night (min 3 night stay)
For larger groups, Stonefly Lodge can be included as an exclusive use addition for up to eight guests:

All guests could be catered for at Falcon Brae Villa.
Our rates are in NZ dollars and include luxury accommodation, daily continental and full cooked country breakfast, pre-dinner drinks with canapés and a four- course gourmet dinner. (GST 15% Inclusive)
A minimum stay of two nights is required during low season, and three nights in the high and festive seasons.
Road transfers from Nelson Airport (50 minutes) are $300 each way (1-2 persons), $400 (3-8 persons).
Helicopter transfers from Nelson Airport to our on-site helipad (15 minutes) can be quoted and depends on the number of passengers and luggage.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm sole-use bookings. Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In the case of a cancellation due to a government authority banning travel or closing borders due to the Coronavirus, we will accept moving the booking to a future date next season at next season’s applicable rates, instead of applying the standard cancellation fee.
We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover any cancellation fees.
Check-in is from 2 pm onwards, (no lunch catered for on the day of arrival unless by prior arrangement).
Check-out is 11 am.
Bedding in Falcon Brae allows for six adults in the three suites and three children in the bunk room.
For larger group bookings, Stonefly Lodge could also be utilised offering four deluxe rooms with super king or twin bed configuration allowing for a further eight guests. A maximum of 16 guests can be catered for at the Falcon Brae Villa in regards to dining.
